Welcome to my Physiotherapy and Pilates practice.

I specialise in helping clients regain their mobility and strength, whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic back pain, or healing an injury, my 30+ years experience as a physio and over 20 years of teaching Pilates enables me to offer a calm and supportive approach to rehabilitating you.

My goal is to guide you through personalised programs that empower you to get back to your active lifestyle. Together, we will work on achieving your strength and fitness goals, reducing your pain and improving your overall well-being.

Our classes days and times 

Welcome to our classes. We operate on a half termly basis, typically spanning 6 weeks, to ensure consistency and tailored experiences for all participants. Prior to joining, each individual is required to have a 1:1 consultation with us allowing us to understand your unique needs and focus on specific muscle groups and movements. This approach helps us maintain a supportive environment with limited class sizes, ensuring everyone receives the attention they deserve.
